Since we began to explore beyond our immediate solar system, we have been plagued by an enemy known only as the Scourge. Now a sudden attack on Sol has left, our home planet in bits. It’s time to take action. It’s time to stop waiting. It’s time for war.

As a recent recruit in a much depleted army, it may seem an impossible task to defeat this thing of darkness. But you are all we have left. You have the training: use it. Show courage in battle; stand strong; and don’t give up. Together, we can prevail.
